Respectfully, Scientific Research Quarterly of Strategic Studies of Communication with reference to paragraph (2) of Circular No. Circular No. 40879 dated 02/24/1401 of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, to cover the cost of refereeing, editing and printing of articles, a total amount of 15,000,000 Rials from Each of his articles receives. This fee will be collected from the authors after a positive response to the initial evaluation and in two stages (review: 500 thousand Tomans and acceptance, editing, and printing: 1 million Tomans).
This amount will be received after the author is informed of the result of the initial evaluation, through the quarterly system or sent to the quarterly email address.
