This study aimed to analyze the semiotic verbal communication of the Khosha Shiraz TV program. A qualitative method (documentary and video analysis) was used. The required information was collected using a double-sided semiotic model based on the relationship between signifier and signified and the mental perception of concepts in verbal communication. The research findings show the mental perception and the relationship between signifier and signified in the verbal communication of the Khosha Shiraz TV program. Accordingly, in the verbal communication of the presenter with the guests of the program, more attention has been paid on the following components: 1- identity (historical knowledge, historical memory, love for the homeland, feeling familiarity and belonging towards national and social symbols and myths), 2- social order (law Legalism, commitment to standard norms), 3- unity and cohesion (rapprochement or convergence between religions, shared values such as spirit of cooperation, and tolerance), 4- subcultures (recognition of cultural, linguistic, ethnic and religious differences), 5- Inter-ethnic relations (social relations; friendship or association or kinship), 6- Physical and mental health (life skills, sports), 7- Cultural goods and services (unwritten media such as TV and mobile phone) , Art (Music, Film, Drama and Theater) 8- Cultural Heritage and Tourism (natural, pilgrimage, ancient, scientific and cultural) 9- human resources (Unwritten Media and Art), 10- Family (raising and education of children to study and learn science and technology and socialization), 11- Emotional (The role of motherhood, the mutual role of husband and wife, and the belonging and supportive role of family members for each other). Therefore, this research recommends that TV presenters address the above components.
