شناسایی مدل پذیرش فناوری اطلاعاتی-ارتباطیChat GPT در آموزش عالی: مطالعه دانشجویان دانشگاه مازندران با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart-PLS

چکیده
با نفوذ فزاینده فناوری هوش مصنوعی چت‌جی‌پی‌تی در آموزش عالی، مطالعه دانش، نگرش‌ و دغدغه‌های اخلاقی دانشجویان نسبت به این فناوری نوظهور امری ضروری است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، سنجش مدل پذیرش فناوری از طریق مطالعه چگونگی مطلوبیت فناوری چت‌جی‌پی‌تی و پذیرش آن نزد دانشجویان دانشگاه مازندران است. ازاین‌رو سازه‌های دانش، نگرش و اخلاق ادراک‌شده به عنوان مؤلفه‌های اصلی تأثیرگذار در پذیرش فناوری با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار Smart-PLS مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمون بیانگر قابل قبول بودن شاخص‌های برازش است. همچنین از میان فرضیات تحقیق، فرضیه «استفاده از چت‌جی‌پی‌تی بر درک و تصور دانشجویان از اخلاق تأثیر می‌گذارد»، تأیید شد. مطالعه این رابطه با در نظر گرفتن تغییرات بالقوه بر اساس جنسیت و سن نشان داد که هیچ تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. همچنین بر اساس شواهد، صرفِ داشتن دانش یا برخورداری از نگرش مثبت نسبت به چت‌جی‌پی‌تی، ادغام مؤثر آن در فعالیت‌های آموزشی را تضمین نمی‌کند. بلکه عواملی مانند رشته تحصیلی، تجربه قبلی کار با فناوری‌های مشابه، و زمینه فرهنگی و اجتماعی نقش مهمی در نحوه ادراک و تصمیم دانشجویان برای استفاده از چت‌جی‌پی‌تی ایفا می‌کنند.

With the increasing penetration of AI technology (ChatGPT) in Higher education, it is essential to study students’ knowledge, attitudes, and ethical concerns regarding this emerging technology. The main objective of this study is to measure the technology acceptance model by studying the desirability of ChatGPT technology and its acceptance among students at the University of Mazandaran. Therefore, the constructs of knowledge, attitude, and perceived ethics as the main influential components in technology acceptance were tested by structural equation modeling in Smart-PLS software. The test results indicate that the fit indices are acceptable. Furthermore, the research confirmed the hypothesis that using ChatGPT affects students’ understanding and perception of ethics. The study found no significant differences when considering the relationship with respect to gender and age. Also, based on evidence, simply knowing or having a positive attitude towards ChatGPT does not guarantee its effective integration into educational activities. Instead, factors such as field of study, prior experience with technology, and even social and cultural contexts play an important role in how students perceive and decide to use ChatGPT.
